Each connection gets two free starts per day. They reset at midnight, Costa Rica time. Resuming an open activity does not start another.

Tic-tac-toe, Hangman, Dr. Corazón, and the daily moment do not use those two starts.

Premium removes the daily limit for covered connections. An extra adds one start for a connection. Check the price in Google Play before paying.

Both people must be adults, have an eligible connection, and opt in. Some options also need Premium or an extra.

Check the Google Play account and tap “Restore purchases” in Premium. If it still fails, send us the order number, never card details.

No. Cancel an active subscription in Google Play. Deleting your Conoche? account is a separate action.

Open Settings > Account > Delete account. You will need to confirm your identity. Hiding a connection or signing out does not delete the account.
