- Review the notice and confirm deletion. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Delete your account in the app or request deletion by email, without reinstalling it or signing in to this website.
Request by email
Write from the email associated with your account if you still have access. Include “Conoche?”, your alias if known, and your request to delete the account and its data. If you lost email access, explain that so we can verify the request.

What happens next
We verify account ownership to prevent someone else from deleting it. Once confirmed, we process deletion and explain any exception or additional step. We aim to complete verified email requests within 30 days; if a case needs more time, we will explain why.
Data covered
The request covers the sign-in account, profile and photo, connection data, answers and in-app content, chat, drawings, plans, preferences and associated support records. It may affect content shared with another person. We review stored data and relevant service providers; deletion is not simply hiding the profile.
What may remain, and why
Limited records may remain when necessary for security, fraud prevention, purchases or legal obligations, separate from ordinary account use. We will explain an applicable exception and its retention period or criteria. This is not a reason to keep the entire account active.
Internal account-email delivery records have an approximately one-year retention period and do not contain the action link or message body. Resend retains its copy and records for 30 days. This does not delete messages already delivered to your mailbox or copies and screenshots saved by other people.
Only want to delete some history?
Removing a connection only hides it. “Delete 9-question rounds” removes completed rounds of that activity for both people; it does not delete chat or other games. To request access, correction or deletion of other data without closing your account, tell support which data you mean.
