1. Who handles the data
Tikizia Games operates Conoche?. For privacy questions or help with your data, email support@tikiziagames.com. Account and deletion controls are also available in the app.
2. Account and profile
We store account identifiers, email, name, alias, verification status, age information needed for restrictions, an optional avatar or photo, and visibility choices. We use these to sign you in, identify you to connections, and enforce safety controls.
3. Connections and activity
We store invitations, connection status, turns, answers, custom questions, choices, drawings, progress, plans, memories, lists, missions, and details you use. The other person sees content you send or that an activity reveals; hidden answers are not meant to appear before reveal.
4. Chat, photos, and private content
Chat messages go to the connection you send them to. You may choose or take a photo for your profile or a private Detail. Photo Details have their own access and availability rules, but the recipient may take a screenshot. Reported content may have a restricted evidence copy retained for the period stated in that feature.
5. Suggestions and private signals
Optional preferences, mood check-ins, and feedback help choose suggestions or exercises. Items marked private are not shown to your connection as your answers. Shared activities and messages may be visible under their own rules. You can withdraw optional permissions or feedback where the feature provides that control.
6. Calendar and device permissions
On Android, calendar connection is optional. The app may read calendar names and show candidate events on your device so you can choose. Only an event you import as a shared plan sends its title, date, time, and location to Conoche?. Camera, photos, and notifications are used when you choose those features or grant permission; we do not upload your entire calendar.
7. Purchases and technical data
Google Play processes payment. Conoche? receives purchase identifiers and status needed to enable Premium or extras, not your card details. We also use notification tokens and technical records needed to deliver notices, protect accounts, and prevent duplicate purchases.
8. Support, blocks, and reports
We store tickets, blocks, reports, reasons, and context needed to review a case. An in-app ticket is saved there; it does not currently email support automatically. To email us, use support@tikiziagames.com. Access to these records should be limited to staff handling the case.
9. Providers and recipients
We use Google and Firebase for sign-in, database, storage, functions, notifications, and purchases. Resend processes the email address and content of account verification and password reset messages you request in the United States; it retains its copy and delivery records for 30 days. An email provider may also receive messages you send to support. We share with your connection only what is needed for the features you choose. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers for targeted ads.
10. Retention
Not everything expires or is deleted at the same time. A game may become unavailable before all related records are deleted. Private photos, optional feedback, and reported evidence have feature-specific rules shown in their flows. For account-email security and support, we keep the recipient, type, date, and provider reference of an accepted message for approximately one year; that record contains neither the action link nor the message body. Deleting available connection history is not the same as deleting all account data. Limited records may remain for safety, purchases, or legal obligations.
11. Your controls and deletion
You can edit your profile, control photo visibility, block people, hide connections, delete history where the app offers that option, and delete your account in Settings. A public deletion route is also available at tikiziagames.com/delete-account/. Account deletion requires identity confirmation and does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
12. Security and changes
We use encrypted connections and access rules to limit who can read data. No system can fully prevent screenshots or forwarding by a recipient. If we materially change how data is used, we will update this explanation and request renewed consent when appropriate.
This website
Cloudflare serves and protects this website. Delivering pages and preventing abuse can involve processing your IP address and technical request data, such as browser, time and path. We do not add advertising, visitor analytics or data-collection forms here. Fonts and images are served from this website.
Google Play links open a Google service. Email buttons open your email app; the message is sent only when you confirm. Verification and password recovery pages connect to Firebase to complete the action you requested. Never share those links.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data through support. We verify account ownership and explain any applicable limits. You do not need to reinstall the app to request account deletion.
